Terms of Service: The agreement covering use of the Liminalis service — accounts, acceptable use, content ownership, availability, liability and termination.
Privacy Policy: What data is collected, why, where it is processed, who it is shared with — including model providers — how long it is kept, and your rights over it.
End User Licence Agreement: The licence covering the desktop client specifically, as distributed through application stores.
Subscription & Billing Terms: Credits, subscriptions, renewal, cancellation, refunds and price changes. Required separately by application stores for auto-renewing subscriptions.
Acceptable Use Policy: What you may not do with the service, including with its generative features and its programmatic interfaces.
Account & Data Deletion: How to delete your account and your data, what is removed, what is retained and for how long.
Support: How to get help, report a problem, or raise a security or privacy issue.
