1. What you are buying
Liminalis meters usage in credits. Credits are consumed by model calls made on your behalf — chat replies, background analysis, generation and embeddings — priced from the underlying provider cost of each call.
Credits may be bought outright as a pack, or funded by a recurring subscription. PLACEHOLDER: whether credits expire, and whether pack and subscription credits are pooled or tracked separately.
2. Plans and prices
PLACEHOLDER: the list of plans, their prices, billing periods, included credit allowances, and the currency and tax treatment for each region.
3. Automatic renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. PLACEHOLDER: renewal timing, the payment method charged, when a renewal notice is sent, and what happens if payment fails.
4. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time through the self-serve billing portal in your account, or — where the subscription was purchased through an application store — through that store's subscription management. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not end the current period. PLACEHOLDER: exact cancellation effect and the fate of unused allowance.
5. Refunds
PLACEHOLDER: refund policy, statutory cooling-off rights where they apply, and the position on credits already consumed. Purchases made through an application store are subject to that store's refund process.
6. Price changes
PLACEHOLDER: notice period before a price change takes effect, and your right to cancel before it does.
7. Running out of credits
An exhausted balance is a soft stop. New work is refused; work already in progress finishes; documents queued for background analysis stay queued and resume from where they were once the balance is topped up. Running out costs you time, not progress or data.
8. Metering and disputes
Every charge is recorded in a durable ledger attributable to the call that incurred it. PLACEHOLDER: how to query a charge, the window for raising a billing dispute, and the resolution process.
9. Payment processing
Payments are handled by a third-party processor. We do not store your full card details. PLACEHOLDER: named processor and a link to its terms.
10. Business and programmatic use
PLACEHOLDER: terms for API and MCP access, rate limits, and any separate commercial arrangement.
11. Contact
PLACEHOLDER: billing contact address. See also Support and Pricing.
